About Me
My Story
A graduate from the University for the Creative Arts with a 1st class BA (Hons) in Design for Theatre and Screen, my interest has always been in making creatures for the stage. My work often draws inspiration from mythology and folklore, but always with my own unique flavour.
I have experience working with a variety of materials, such as foam, thermoplastics and fabric, as well as CAD, 3D printing and laser cutting. I consider myself to be experimental, always willing to try new techniques to achieve the greatest outcome possible.
Prior work has included a serpent puppet inspired by the Magic Flute, a puppet based on the graphic novel Black Dog: The Dreams of Paul Nash by Dave McKean, and masks and headdresses for a production by Ben Judd.
